Child mental health profile

05 November 2014

What is it? The Children and Young People's Mental Health and Wellbeing Profiling Tool collates and analyses a wide range of publically available data on risk, prevalence and detail (including cost data) on those services that support children with, or vulnerable to, mental illness.

Example statistic: Between 2010/11 and 2012/13 199 young people were admittted to hospital for substance misuse. The rate, 168.9 per 100,000 people aged 15-24, is over twice as high as the England rate (75.2).

Where to find it: A link to the profiling tool can be found at Resources & Documents ... Wakefield: Children, Families and Education.
